This devotional is about learning what to do with some of the emotions we don’t always know what to do with. We’ll look at what Scripture says about our emotions, the places where we’ve been wounded, and how we can stop letting our feelings make the decisions for us.
Through Scripture, reflection, and journaling, we’ll slow down enough to notice what’s really going on in our hearts and invite God into it. Emotions aren’t the enemy, they can actually show us where we need healing, truth, and maybe show us where we need to trust God a little more.
This isn’t about emotional perfection. It’s about spiritual maturity.
It’s about learning to trust God with your heart, your thoughts, and the decisions you make every day, especially the days when your feelings are telling you something completely different than God is.
